Dilution Problem

Suppose you need 100 mL of a 0.10 M solution of NiCl2, but all you have is a solution that is 0.20 M

Let's calculate the volume of the 0.20 M solution that must be diluted to give 100 mL of 0.10 M solution.

0.010x0.100 = 0.20xV2

What is the value of V2?
