We have measured the conductivity for a number of solutions. I urge you to compare these conductivities with the ionizable group predictions from my theory. I believe you will find that they support my theory.

I'm not sure that these conductivity measurements are very reliable. This is a new and relatively untried method connected with the theory of electrolytic dissociation, which is not accepted by many chemists. Werner, on the other hand, thinks you should compare them with the number of ionizable groups.

When this compound (Co{NH3)3(H2O)Cl3) is dissolved, the color of the solution changes rapidly. Careful measurements by Werner and Miolati show that the conductivity changes from 284 to 336 within 25 minutes.

This compound (Co{NH3)2(NO2)4K) is a double salt with two metals -- K and Co. Werner included this compound in his studies because he thought it dissolved to give a negative complex ion with a positive potassium ion.
